This was originally reversed via the SC4Mapper by exporting the file image, and then doubling the image size to achieve a bigger region. This is the default Maxisland Region scaled up 2x. Have fun building the city maps up to what you want them to be and remember that if you think the region's name is stupid or you want to call the region something else, you can go into the config.ini file and write it where it says Hearts and rename the folder to the same name. YES, it's hearts! It is a tribute to those who created the 'Land designer' program which can be downloaded here on the Simtropolis website. I could have chosen that the entire center was only large (blue) city cards or only medium (green) or even small (red), but I chose a mixture as it makes the most sense when building the cities. This is again made on the largest card format that can be used (4097x4097 'and not as I wrote earlier in the other uploads 4095x4095') I looked this time for what it was 'laughing'.
